Asian Salad Dressing-Diabetic Recipe

Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil1 clove garlic/crushed whole3 quarter size slices fresh ginger2 tablespoons chicken broth3 tablespoons rice vinegar1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon Splenda Granular1/4 teaspoon salt (do this by measure)
Directions
1. Heat the oil over medium heat.
2. Toss in the garlic and ginger and cook for about a minute.
3. Remove the garlic a ginger and discard.
4. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.
5. Stir mixture into the oil and heat until it thickens slightly.
6. Chill well before serving.
