Rotini with Tuna and Vegetables

Ingredients
1/2 large red pepper1/2 large yellow pepper1/2 medium onion8 oz mushrooms, sliced3 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 T butter1 t parsley1 t basil3 shakes cayenne peppersalt and pepper to taste1 can light tuna (with water)
Directions
Slice the onions and pepper into strips, cook onions, peppers and mushrooms in Oil until tender. Add spices, butter and tuna, continue cooking. Add cooked rotini and serve hot.
