Ingredients
Directions
2 pounds pork tenderloin 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (8 tbsp)1 cup beef broth1/8 cup sugar4 cloves garlic1 tbsp red pepper flakes1 large onion1/4 tsp black pepper
Brown the tenderloin in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, mix the wet ingredients, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Put browned tenderloins into slow cooker, and pour teriyaki mixture over it. Cook on high about 4 hours, or low for longer.
To avoid sodium, though the nutrition counter on Sparkpeople will still count it, go light with spooning the broth over the meat when serving.
I'm serving it with rice-barley pilaf and asparagus. Yum!!!!
