Frozen Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 cup Nonfat milk1/4 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup orange juice1 banana3/4 cup frozen berries (I use Trader Joe's Berry Medley)1/4 cup pineapple (I use frozen)
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Using frozen berries and pineapple makes it nice and slushy. Makes one serving.
