Egg whites, 5Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cupWater, 1 cupCountry Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins, 2 TbspSplenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 cupPineapple, canned, 10 slices, drained Maraschino cherries, 10Duncan hinesH Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix (dry), 1 box
Melt spread in ungreased 9x13" pan bottom. Sprinkle with Splenda. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries.
Combine mix, water, egg whites, and applesauce in bowl. Mix on low until moist, then on medium for about 3 minutes.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 for about 42 minutes
