Overnight Deluxe French Toast

1/2 Cup Margarine Smart Balance1/2 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend2 Tbls Light Corn Syrup6 Thick sliced white bread may be stale1.25 Cup Egg Substitute1 Cup Evaporated Milk Fat Free1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp salt (optional)
Combine Margarine, Splenda brown sugar blend
and corn syrup in a small pan. Boil for 1 Min. Pour and spread evenly in a 9 X 13 slightly greased Pan. Place bread close together in pan.
In small bowl combine egg substitutes, evaporated milk, vanilla and salt. Stir until well mixed. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 min. To serve turn pieces over and caramel will be on top. Makes 6 servings.
