Thanksgiving Leftovers Shepards Pie

Ingredients
Turkey breast meat, 8 ounce(s), shredded/dicedBread stuffing, bread, 1.5 cupMashed Potatoes, 1.5 cupBaby Carrots, raw, 20 medium, dicedCelery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long), dicedOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 cloves, dicedOlive Oil, 1.5 tbspCollege InnĀ® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium, 1.5 cupSalt, .5 tspPepper, black, .5 tsp
Directions
preheat oven to 350.

saute veggies in EVOO for about 5 minutes. add in turkey, salt & pepper, chicken broth and stuffing, saute until stuffing has absorbed some of the broth and the sauce is thick, about 5 minutes.

Put turkey mixture into 7" x 9" (I think) caserole pan, top with mashed potatoes.

bake on 350 for approx 20 minutes.
