Pumpkin Cinnamon Muffins

1 box Betty Crocker Cinnamon Streusel Muffin Mix1 can 100% Pure Pumpkin1 Tsp Vanilla Extract1 Tsp ground Cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice)4 oz. Mott's Cinnamon Applesauce1/4 Cup Nonfat Milk1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
Mix all ingredients except muffin mix. Stir in mix until just blended (batter may still be lumpy).
Place muffin cups in muffin pan (or spray pan). Equally distribute between 20 muffin cups. Pour streusel topping over each muffin and at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
