Ceaser Salad

Ingredients
1 head of Romaine Lettuce2 cloves garlic minced1/2 C Olive oil1/3 C Lemon Juice... or the juice from 1 large Lemon1/2 tsp. Black Pepper1/4 tsp. salt (optional)1.5 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
Directions
Wash your head of lettuce and let the leaves dry.

In a small mixer or salad dressing shaker add all the ingredients minus the lettuce. Shake well to mix until smooth. Rip your lettuce leaves into a large bowl and drizzle dressing over the salad. Mix well. You may add croutons and/or parmasan cheese if you wish. Eat and enjoy. I know i do!

Makes 20 servings at 1 cup each.
