This is very close to our family recipe. We use onion, green bell pepper, and unsalted soda crackers. I never thought of using garlic, but will try it! - 1/18/19

Excellent. Using oats instead of bread crumbs helps them have a brown to a nice crispy texture. I used fresh baked Atlantic salmon, then added some homemade salsa, 1/2 tsp celery seed, garlic powder, S&P, and a whole egg. - 11/24/12

This is similar to the one I use, but I usually use cracker crumbs. Lately I have been using whole wheat crackers and egg substitute but this worked just as well and gives me the actual nutrional value of one pattie. I cooked it in my little electric GT101 express cooker. Perfect. - 3/18/09

Very Good! I've never been a salmon person but this was good! Even the kids liked it. I did add onions and lemon pepper for some extra zip - 1/21/08

I added lemon/pepper seasoning, and it gave it alittle zest! Also added raw onions, and baked in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. - 1/6/08

I will try some time this week, but will add a few more spices to it and see how it turns out. - 12/30/07
