Sweet & Spicy Coleslaw

Ingredients
2 lbs cut green cabbage4 carrots1 medium yellow onion1/2 Cup Mayonnaise1/4 Cut Mustard2 tsp. apple cider vinegar1 Cup sugar1 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. cayenneSalt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Cut cabbage in quarters and remove core. Peel carrots & onion into pieces that fit in processor. Use grater attachment and grate cabbage onion and carrots together.
In another medium bowl, prepare dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and cayenne. Mix all together, season to taste, cover and chill for 2 hours.
