Ingredients
PAM2 Egg whites1 slice American cheese2 slices Sara Lee 100% wheat bread1 slice lean ham
Directions
1. Spray fry pan with PAM cooking spray. Fry two egg whites until done. Set aside.
2. Toast two pieces of Sara Lee 100% wheat bread.
3. Warm up the ham slice in the frying pan after you remove the eggs.
4. Layer your sandwich, Toast, eggs, ham, cheese and then the other toast.
Your done!

Makes one breakfast sandwich.
