Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz. Ground Turkey2 c alfalfa sprouts8 T ketchup8 T lite mayo8 slices tomato8 hamburger buns2 t chicken bouillon
Directions
mix the turkey and the bouillon in a bowl
divide into 8 balls and flatten
spray a non-stick pay with a little no calorie spray and fry the turkey patties until done (lightly browned)

Lay one patty on each bun, top with tomato, mayo, ketchup, and sprouts. Fantastic!
