Turkey Feta Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey (93% lean)1 egg1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. Texas Pete (or your favorite hot sauce)1/2 c. Feta Cheese, crumbled
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1" balls and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until done. Or you can pan fry them in 1 T. of olive oil or butter.
