This was a great recipe. Very flavorful, but it just explodes if you add a bag of frozen sweet corn about 30 minutes before it's done. It made me wish I had a bigger crock pot, and could triple the recipe so I had more to freeze for later. - 9/22/13

I used instead: 3 pieces of chicken breast. 2 cans of petite tomatoes with zesty jalapeƱos. 2 packets of white chicken Chili. 3 cans of white beans drained & rinsed. 3 cups of water. 1 can of corn drained & rinsed or frozen, put in last 30 mins. Delicious! - 10/4/15

Loved this recipe!! Instead of 4 cans of white beans I only added 3 and added 3 skinless chicken breast instead of 2. I decided to shred the chicken once it was fully cooked and let it simmer on low for a half hour. I also added sweet corn from the recommendation below. It was amazing! - 8/19/14
