4 oz chicken breast (lemon pepper rotisserie chicken adds even more flavor)1 Josephs Flax, Oat, and Wheat Pita Bread2 TBSP of Fat Free Sour Cream1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumbers1 TBSP Dill (dried)1 TBSP Cilantro (dried)1 tsp Salt1 tsp Black Pepper
Warm the pita bread in either the microwave for 1 minute or a toaster oven set at 400 for about 2 minutes. Mix the sour cream, dill, cilantro, salt and pepper. Slice the cucumber very thinly. Spread the sour cream mixture over the pita, cover the sour cream with the cucumber slices, then add the chicken -it works best if you warm the chicken, but it's good with cold chicken as well. Fold the pita in half and enjoy!
