Whole Grain Banana Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup wheat bran1 Tbsp baking powder1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup maple syrup1 1/4 cup mashed banana3/4 cup blueberries2 tsp egg whites1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix dry. Separately mix wet. Add wet to dry. Mix until just combined. Fold in blueberries.

Spray muffin liners - spoon into 12 liners.

Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
