Curry in a Hurry

Ingredients
2 medium red potatoes, cubed1 can lentils1 can chickpeas1 cup cauliflower2 tsp Pataks curry pasteSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes and cauliflower
Drain when tender
Add lentils, chickpeas and paste with potatoes and cauliflower in a pot
Cook for 5 minutes or until yummy
