Turkey-Apple Salad with Raspberry Vinagrette

Ingredients
2 cups cooked, skinless light meat turkey (sliced, shredded or chopped)1 medium apple, cored and diced1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half2 medium stalks celery, chopped1 1/2 tbsp raspberry vinegar2 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp ground coriander1/4 tsp table salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together turkey, apple, grapes and celery. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, coriander, salt and pepper. Add dressing to turkey mixture and toss again to combine. Arrange lettuce on 4 individual plates and top with turkey salad.
