Directions
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and spray cooking spray lightly in the middle and add the salmon fillet on top. Poor the bloody mary sauce on heavily (more than the receipe, 2 cups?... it will reduce to a thicker sauce and you won't eat all of it). Lightly season with each of the above seasonings.
Turn on your oven to broil at 500 degrees. Adding lots of bloody mary sauce also helps keep the fillet moist. Broil for 15-16 minutes depending on how thick of a fillet you have and how hot your oven really is. When you take out the fillet, it should cut easily in half with a spatula. Make sure it is no longer raw inside but beware of overcooking it (it'll get dry and too fishy). Once it's done, put both halves on a plate and top with some of the reduced sauce. I like to add sushi rice and low sodium soy sauce as a side, but many options could complement this dish.
