I medium banana6 frozen whole strawberries6 to 8 ounces lite or unsweetened apple juice
Cut or break banana into small chunks, place in blender, add frozen strawberries and apple juice. Blend until smooth.
More that one kind of frozen fruit can be used. I have made this with a few pieces of frozen mango, raspberries, or blueberries.
