Ingredients
2 egg whites2 Tbs cinnamon1 C unsweetened applesauce1 C skim milk1.5 C fiber one cereal1.25 C whole wheat flour2 Tbs vegetable oil1.5 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours. Bake at 350 about 20 min.
Makes 12 muffins.
