PW Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, boneless/skinless1 cup grapes, halved1 cup celery, diced1/2 cup mayo1/3 cup plain yogurt1 tbs lemon juice (or to taste)6 tsp brown sugar (or to taste)salt, fresh ground pepper and fresh herbs to taste. I use rosemary.Almonds/pecans/etc. if desired
Directions
Dice boiled and cooled chicken, celery and grapes. Set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients (except nuts). Pour dressing over chicken, celery, grapes and nuts and mix well. Makes about 6 servings.
