French Bread Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm water1 Tbs Yeast2 Tbs Sugar2 Tbs Oil1 Tsp Salt2 cups regular Flour2 cups whole wheat Flour
Directions
In a large bowl stir together water, yeast and sugar until creamy. Let stand 10 minutes. Add Oil, Salt and 2 cups flour. Stir in the rest of the flour 1/2 cup at a time until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl. Knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 minutes). Put in a bowl, cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch down dough and divide into 16 pieces forming them into balls. Place on a baking sheet 2 inches apart. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 40 minutes. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.
