Sausage and Cabbage Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped2 red potatoes, quartered10 baby carrots1/2 head of cabbage, chopped6 sausages, decasedSalt, pepper, and garlic to taste
Directions
Place all the veggies in the slow cooker, and add salt, pepper and garlic. Add the sausage and cook on high 4-6 hours.
