Napa Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
4 cups chopped napa or Chinese cabbage1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut into thirds1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper1 green onion, chopped1/4 cup reduced-fat sesame ginger salad dressing
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Yield: 6 servings. (about 1 cup)
