* Chicken Thigh, 135 grams (remove) * Artichokes, frozen, 80 grams (remove) * Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove) * *Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove) * Paprika, 0.25 tsp (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, cheese, mayonnaise, and spices.
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish, and cover evenly with artichoke mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, for in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
