Shrimp, Asparagus, & Artichoke Linguine

Ingredients
1/2 lb. linguine2 tbs olive oil1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp salt1 tsp lemon pepper1 tsp fresh cilantro12 oz. peeled fresh shrimp4 oz. asparagus, cooked and cut into 2 inch pieces14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes6 oz. jar artichoke hearts6 oz. jar roasted red pepper
Directions
Boil pasta in salted water. Add oil, lemon juice, and cilantro to a large heated skillet. Add and cook shrimp until almost done. Season with salt and lemon pepper. Add in remaining ingredients, cover, and sautee for five minutes. Stir in pasta and serve. Makes 4 servings.
