Chicken Al Forno

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts1/2 cup italian dressing2 medium tomatoes, cubed2 cups mushrooms, sliced1 green pepper, sliced1 large onion, sliced1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large baking dish, place chicken. Pour italian dressing on top. Bake chicken 30 mins. Turn chicken and add vegetagles and cheese. Bake for an additional 15 mins until done.

Great over brown rice!
