Quick Egg Salad

Ingredients
7 Hard boiled eggs, choppedMayonnaiseSour CreamDill Pickle Relish
Directions
Peel hard boiled eggs and chop, and add to bowl. Add 8 Tbsp Mayonnaise (may use light mayo if desired) and 1/4 cup Sour Cream. Mix together. Add 1/4 dill pickle relish and mix well. Add minced onion to taste. Makes approximately (6 )1/4 cup servings.
