Ham and Potato pot pie

Ingredients
Ham bone3c. Ham4 potatoes1c. white flour1c. wheat flour1 tsp saltice water
Directions
Place ham bone and ham in large pot and add water to cover bone. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes to create broth
Peel and chop potatoes.
Remove ham bone and add potatoes.

Dumplings:
Mix together flour, salt and water as needed.
roll out and cut in to preferred length and width.
add to pot when potatoes are just tender with a fork. cook for 10 more minutes.
