skim milk, vanilla protein powder, banana, other fresh & frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, raspberries are some of our favorites)
Place Milk, Banana, Protein Powder, and fresh and frozen fruit in small blender cup. Add 1-2 ice cubes depending on proportion of fresh fruit. Blend well until ice is liquified and smoothie consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
