Mushroom Pate'

Ingredients
1 pound mushrooms, chopped2T butter, melted1-8oz. pkd. Cream Cheese Light, softened1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Saute mushrooms in butter in a skillet over medium high heat until liquid is absorbed. Let mushrooms cool to room temperature. In a food processor, add the mushrooms and rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Spoon into a loaf pan or decorative pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Chill. Unmold the pate'. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 cups (8 - 1/4 cup servings)
