Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
15 Fresh Button MushroomsCooking Spray1 clove garlic1 Tbsp Canola Oil1 Tbsp Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 less fat than Cream Cheese)3 Saltines2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese6 oz can Crab Meat1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning1 tsp Parsley
Directions
1. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel (washing them will make them lose what little taste they have)
2. Remove stems.
3. Place caps in greased baking dish
4. Finely chop stems and garlic
5. Saute chopped stems and garlic in skillet
6. Preheat oven to 400 F
7. Add remaining ingredients to sauteed mixture.
8. Fill caps with mixture.
9. Bake 15 min.

Makes 15 servings (1 mushroom each)
