Dr. Bill's Famous Chili

Ingredients
20 cans (15 oz) beans, at least 5 varieties (black, white, navy, pinto, great northern, black-eyed peas, etc.)3 medium onions1/4 cup garlic, minced5 large stalks celery3 # very lean ground beef (use venison if you can get it)one handful parsley flakes2 TBS olive oil3 large (28 oz) cans drushed tomatoes1 small can tomato paste1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped2 tsp habanero peppers, chopped finelychili powder to tastecumin to taste1/4 cup salt
Directions
Brown beef in skillet. Drain off any fat
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil
Add remaining ingredients
Cook at least one hour, stirring occasionally

Makes 30 2-cup servings. Freeze in 2-cup containers. Microwave and serve with corn bread or corn chips for a quick, hearty lunch.
