Ingredients
Directions
Chickencrushed croutons or dry bread crumbsmarinara sauce (but I use whatever pasta sauce I have)cheese
This is for one but is easy to make more!
Works best if the chicken is completely defrosted, but I've done it with my chicken still being partially frozen.
*Preheat oven to 400 - if using a metal pan, increase the oven temperature by 25 degrees
*Hammer/crush/smash your croutons (take about half a cup of them per piece of chicken. Don't worry, it's not all going to be used), or just take your pre-smashed, bread crumbs.
*Run your chicken under water and pat it so that it's still a bit damp.
*Roll chicken in bread crumbs + place in dish.
*Cook for 20 minutes.
*Pour the marinara/pasta sauce over chicken, then add cheese.
*Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked
*Enjoy!
Good with pasta!
