sour milk cake

Granulated Sugar, .5 cup *Flour, white, 1.5 cupSalt, .3 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tspSour milk, Neilson 3.25 percent, 1 cup Margarine like spread, .3 cup cocoa powdre, trophy, 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp
1.preheat oven to 400F (200C)
2. mix dry ingredients, cut in margerine until coarse crumbs form. Blend in the sour milk (I used 3.25 % but if you use lower fat then recalcute the nutritional info).
3. melt either 2 squares unsweetened chocolate(or the equivaent powder and butter) and allow to cool.
4. add the chocolate to the batter and pour into greased and floured 8x 8 baking dish.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick is clean. (I garnished with whipped cream and pecans).

I love this recipe. I took the liberty of uploading a photo of my version which is gluten-free. I added a pinch of chili powder mixed in with the butters and it turned out perfectly. It only takes minutes to make and is entirely guest worthy. A really great recipe, thanks, ILIANAOV. - 1/14/12
