canadial bacon and cabbage

3oz. canadian bacon4 c. chopped cabbage1.5t packed brown sugar1T olive oil.5 chopped onion1.5T cider vinegar
Directions
sautee the onions and bacon in the oil until brown. Add cabbage and remaining ingredients and sautee till tender.
