Easy Apple and Blueberry Strudel

6x Sheets Filo Pasty3x Granny Smith or Braeburn Apples1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries1/4 Cup Dried Apricots Halved1tsp Cinnamon (ground)1tsp Mixed Spice1tbp Custard Powder1tbp Trim Milk to glaze
-Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. Grate apples into a large bowl.
-Add chopped apricots, custard powder, cinnamon, mixed spice. Stir to combine. Add blueberries. Stir gently.
-Take sheets of filo pasrty and lay flat in a baking dish.
-Place mix along one side of pastry. Gently roll, so that it will be in a log form.
-Carefully brush the top of the pasrty with the milk.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes, if pastry browns to fast lower its position in the oven. Cook until golden.
-Remove from oven. Serves 6. You can dust with icing sugar, serve with yoghurt, or reduced fat ice cream. Enjoy!
