Mom's Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 C FLour1 C Sugar3 1/2 tbsp Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 Eggs1/2 C Butter, meltedIcing (optional):1 C Powdered Sugar3 tsp Cocoa1/4 stick Butter, softened3 tbsp nonfat milk
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350*
Spray a square baking dish.

For the brownie batter, combine all dry ingredients with a whisk in a medium bowl.
Add the 2 eggs and beat in the center of the bowl and then add the melted butter.
Mix all together and bake for 25 mins.

For the icing, in a small bowl mix dry ingredients and cream butter into the mixture. Add the vanilla extract and milk.
Mix until creamy. It does not have to be perfectly smooth because you will pour the icing on top of the brownies fresh out of the oven, so the butter will just melt.
Let cool once finished, or eat hot.
Enjoy!

Makes about 9 2-inch square pieces, or smaller if desired.
