Pork Lo Mein

454 grams whole wheat noodles1 cup low sodiumchicken broth1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce2 tsp raw cane sugar1 tsp vegetable oil515 grams pork tenderloin, thinly sliced1/4 cup green onion, chopped225 grams mushrooms, sliced225 grams snow pea pods1 tsp cornstarch1 tbsp water
cook noodles. Drain. in small bowl, combine broth, soy sauce, sugar.
In large skillet, heat oil over high heat; add pork and cook until no longer pink.
Add onions, mushrooms and snow peas. stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes.
Add broth mixture and bring to boil.mix cornstarch with water . In pan, push solids aside, pour in cornstarch and water and stir until thickens. Toss in the noodles.
