1 Whole Wheat english muffinf1 Large egg1 Slice Kraft fat free chesse1 Slice Healthy Choice cooked hama drizzle of Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup
Directions
Lightly toast english muffin
Scramble egg, melt cheese on top
When muffin comes out of taster lay ham slice on one half. Put scrambled egg on top of ham, drizzle with syrup, add top of muffin. Enjoy!!
