Microwave Applesauce, Simple, Quick and Easy

Ingredients
4 apples, cut into chunck, skins and all1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
Place chuncked apples, skins and all in a microwave dish and dust with the cinnamon. Toss to coat and place, covered, in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
Check to see if apples are cooked through, if not cook a little longer.
When apples are cooked through, coarse blend with an immersion blender or in blender till smooth as you like. I like mine still slighhtly chunky.
