TVP corn and rice

Ingredients
1/2 c tvp, dry1/2 c brown rice, dry1 1/2 c frozen corn1/2 c chopped onions1 t chili powder1 t garlic powder1 t saltpepper to taste
Directions
Cook rice. Meanwhile, brown tvp c onions and spices. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add rice and corn, cook another 5 minutes. May add other veggies if desired. Makes 4 servings.
