Avocados Shrimp Boats

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro2 tablespoons mayonnaise1 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper (from a jar)1 tablespoon fresh lime juice1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/2 pound cooked small shrimp1 large ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, and cut into 1/4 inch cubesSalt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Combine cilantro, mayonnaise, red pepper, lime juice, and cayenne in a medium mixing bowl. Mix in shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
Cut Avocados in half length wise and discard pit
Scoop 1/2 of shrimp mixture into each avocado half
