Ingredients:1.5 cup Prune Nectar (Knudsen Organic) 1.5 cup Buttermilk4 medium Bananas 1/4 tsp Salt 2 cups Splenda2 tsp Vanilla ExtractOat Bran (dry), 2.75 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp 2.5 cups Flour All Purpose 3/4 cup Buckwheat
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a bundt pan and coat with 1.4 cup of the oat bran. In blender blend juice, buttermilk, bananas, salt and vanilla. In large bowl mix all purpose and buckwheat flour, oat bran, baking powder, baking soda and splenda. Mix wet ingredients into dry just until mixed. Put into pan and bake for 60 minutes. When cool slice and wrap into 24 equal pieces.
