Ingredients
1/2 medium banana4 medium strawberries1/3 C unsweetened apple juice1/2 C Vanilla Silk1 Scoop GNC 100% Whey Protein Powder1 C ice cubes1 heaping tsp Splenda (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth! I use a Rocket blender and pulse it for about 30 seconds.
