Ingredients
1 egg, scrambled3 medium slices, cooked, drained1 cup Quaker Plain Corn Grits
Directions
Using a non-stick surface frying pan, cook bacon until crispy then set aside on paper towel to drain grease. Using the bacon grease in the pan, scramble 1 egg until fluffy (add salt & pepper to taste). Cook grits by following the directions on the package. Once everything is cooked, cover the scrambled egg with the grits, cut the bacon into little pieces and place on top of grits. Then mix it all together and enjoy! (This is also good with toast)

    whoa...this one is just awful! Use turkey bacon (lowering the sodium content considerably I'm sure) and scramble Egg Beaters (rather than a whole egg) in the micro without any 'grease'! YIKES... - 1/30/08
