Momritz - Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls - (starts in bread machine)

Ingredients

1 1/4 C warm milk (I use 1%)1 large egg, slightly beaten2 Tbsp unsalted butter,softened 1/4 C honey 2 3/4 C whole wheat bread flour 1 1/4 tsp active yeast
place ingredients in order into bread machine pan and run dough cycle
turn out onto floured surface and roll to near 3/4 inch thick
Cut out 3-4 inch diameter rounds
place on lightly greased (or pam if you prefer) cookie sheet cover and allow to rise to double size (1 hour)
bake in preheated 350 oven 10-15 minutes
makes 15 3 inch rolls

These rolls were delicious! I used them for a BBQ pulled pork recipe I had. My family loved them. I did have to use about 1/4 cup more flour in my bread machine and the dough was still a bit sticky when it came out but the end result was fabulous. I will be making these again soon - 7/13/13
