1.5 cups crushed chocolate wafer cookies2.5 tbsp butter, melted1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend5-6 cups of slightly softened mint chip ice cream1-3.5 oz. milk chocolate bar1/4 cup 1% milk1 sm container Cool Whip lite
Mix chocolate wafers, melted butter, and brown sugar together. Press into a 9x13" baking dish and bake for 325 for 10 minutes. Cool.
Gently spread ice cream over the top of the crust. Melt chocolate in the microwave, adding milk to get it smooth and creamy until the chocolate is pourable and milk is completely blended. Pour over ice cream mixture, spreading with a knife or spoon.
Spread cool whip over the top of everything, cover with plastic wrap and put into the freezer. Serve once it's had time to set again. Makes 12 servings. Delicious!
